Yemen, Comoros sign scientific, cultural cooperation agreement
[21 March 2008] SANA'A, March 21 (Saba) - Yemen and Comoros have signed in Sana'a a scientific and cultural cooperation agreement between the two countries.
The agreement signed by culture minister Mohammed al-Maflahi and Comoran minister of national education, higher education, scientific research and culture Abdul Rahim Baker included receiving Comorian students in Yemeni universities, exchanging experiences, knowledge between teaching staffs and best means to twin Yemeni with Comorian universities.
The agreement also stipulated holding cultural activities and exchanging expertise in sectors of archaeological, historical cities, cinema, theatre and cultural, artistic and folkloric exhibitions.
